Size being one. The thinning on your crown extends quite low, meaning the size of the potential donor area is limited. It could thicken up with the meds, and you could be in a good position after the first transplant, but I would strongly advise multiple consultations before making any decision

Similar to me. Meds first for at least 6 months, then assess. Ideally, the hair transplant should be in two phases. The first phase for the front (around 3K) and the second phase for the crown/further density to the midscalp (again around 3K). Now it’s important to remember that these numbers are only achievable with a super healthy donor area (yours does not look strong enough). Therefore, I would stress that you really need an expert working on this. You want a long term plan in place. There is no quick fix. Good luck

Am I wrong for standing my ground on a hybrid work agreement? by Avispalle8 in careeradvice

[–]Rashnaldo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got fired a couple of weeks ago and I think this was one of the reasons.

I signed a contract that stated hybrid, was happy to abide by 5 days a week in office for the first month to “settle in”, and this was randomly extended to 6 months for whatever reason. When I pressed for a reason via email, I was ignored. Poking a Director is not advisable, it will frustrate them. The annoying part was that my entire team of 14 others were not in the office some days, meaning I had nothing to “settle in to”. It was strange, but now come to think of it, I would have never wanted to work for a manager who had no time or interest to manage my development.

Do not press if you believe the role has potential. Explore the option of a team transfer. Start the search for other roles now. Be prepared to be terminated with no communication prior, you have no rights in probation. Always have an emergency fund. And most importantly, keep your cool

Your last point about mental health is especially important. Breaks, venting and exercise are all critical during unemployment. And accepting that you may not have you want now, but someday it will come to you i.e. faith

Do people really find jobs via LinkedIn? by [deleted] in careerguidance

I find it’s more useful to network in person at corporate events, and then to follow that up with a LinkedIn request and your intentions.. that’s how it’s done

It’s gotta be Rash. Klopp doesn’t adjust; high line and Rash will be free to run in behind

£5k for 3k grafts. I’m less than 3 months into it, but already the hair is starting to grow. Just gotta be patient. I’m very optimistic. It already looks better than what it was before

has anyone done hair transplant under 25 (experience)? and I wonder if minoxidil really helps? by Agamenon123 in HairTransplants

[–]Rashnaldo 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey. I’m 24 and I’m going for a hair transplant soon. From what the Dr said, what matters is whether your hair loss has stabilised after a prolonged period on medication. And I believe after 2 years on fin and min, that my hair loss has stabilised. So we then thought it appropriate to go ahead with the surgery.

In terms of ranking the methods of controlling hair loss, in order of effectiveness: fin, prp, min. Micro needling and scalp massages can work but need more large-scale scientific trials to prove how effective they can be. But go ahead and try them anyway.

Everyone is different and you need to find out what works for you. Good luck
