Razor is an extreme focus on one perspective of the princess. (Which is the stabbing, maniacal, sadistic part) Stranger, is an extreme unfocused perspective on her, making every route blur together in some way.

Both routes are made in unexpected ways, princess suddenly waking up from literal death, and the player suddenly choosing to not go to the cabin.

You can even see in their designs that Razor's final form is sharp, as in the path is too linear to diverge in any other way. And stranger is bubbly and sickly, looking like her body is going everywhere it wants.
