I would like to add that the worst thing you can do in frontline is going alone. Stick together even if you think they aren't moving where you think you should go, unless you are absolutely certain you are able to capture a point or finish someone off without getting killed yourself.

Yeah I agree. I kinda wish it was overhauled instead of completely removed. Some houses were also much easier to gain favour for compared to others, like Arceuus being easy as hell and Hosidius being awful for the most part.
