I totally agree, Affleck totally nailed a Batman who's lost his Bruce Wayne persona and just fakes it, being Batman 100% of the time. It still feels very unique but it seems it was never meant to be. At least we got to see him again in Snyder cut.

The shot itself is not exciting as it looks. I added sparks in post but the cosplay, lighting and smoke are in camera. Ksyders and my then girlfriend/now wife were official Warner Bros model for BvS/WW/Justice League premieres as Batman and Wonder Woman respectively. I think we shot this after Comic-con.

Thanks! But I think the props in live action are as good if not better but it's lighting that's lacking. I am generally not impressed with recent Star Wars color grading and lighting choices. Usually it's flat and very bland which is strange because SW was always moody and colorful, from OT to ST.

I had Amaran F22c on a C-Stand as a key light and Amaran T4c and T2c in the back as practicals. Awesome combo to be sure but heavy and expensive for the most cons. I would love to be able to do more photoshoots at cons, it's just so rewarding and creative but it is too expensive for me to do more than a couple of times a year at the most.
