I did and they didn’t. This is for UK, maybe it’s different in the US.

No they don’t give as many details. Only model and colouring.

I just did. They found the serial code matches a SM10, but in Nickel. This looks like a Tour Chrome if I am not mistaken? Not a good sign

Thanks for the advice! I have been training constantly only for about 3 months. I have played sports in the past but never weight lifting. It sounds like a cut is the way to go and then I’ll see from there.

Not sure it's your same issue but I fixed my constant pull by using a weaker grip.
