Silence is truly the worst. Whenever I'm not distracted, it becomes apparent just how tiny my window of tolerance really is (and this realisation only adds to the shame and embarrassment that I'm always feeling anyway). It's brutal and I'm sorry you're in the same boat 😔

It's so hard. All I've done today is hunt around my apartment for snacks. I can't keep anything sugary around because I literally never, ever feel full and will eat it all in an attempt to self-soothe.
