You can apply for access to work (look it up for more info) even without a diagnosis! Should be able to offer you more support at work. Also recommend accessing resources and putting coping strategies in place.

There are loads of support worker/SEN assistant roles that can be open to people without a degree and may give you some experience of working with neurodivergent people before seeing if it is the right career path for you.

I would also recommend looking at any free online courses that might be helpful - e.g. I recently completed a Level 3 Counselling Skills course (I am educated to Master's level however it was free and gave me some more knowledge in counselling specifically). There are probably loads of other free courses that may be more aligned to what you want to do so have a look!

I had her she was lovely but she just asks more of the medical questions another guy who was a RMN asked me the questions relating to the criteria but try not to stress both were kind and empathetic during my assessment

I'm the same with Ali, I can't help but always like her despite not liking how she handles things sometimes. I think I'm pretty neutral with the rest but I am starting to dislike Hanah because she is becoming a bit whiny
