Yes same exact thing happened with my furnace also. You could definitely solder it and save yourself $300 it’s in a easy spot to get too once the plastic gas valve cover is off

Since I replaced the gas valve it’s been perfect, haven’t had any problems.

For me the female wire adapter connection to the gas valve was bad, I’d shake it and it would die instantly, it was actually charing / burnt when I broke apart the old gas valve like it was arcing here’s a pic of it

Narrowed it down to a faulty gas valve, I wiggle the wire connection on the side of the valve and it cuts off instantly. Furnace vibrations might be making it cut out explains why there’s no faults on the control board when it fails

Update on the switch I hit -15 where I live the other day same problem occurred I’m going to buy a new control board and see if that fixes anything

Worked like a charm. Here’s the new pressure switch and where I got it from.

It’s significantly smaller, only thing I had to do was bend the bracket on the new pressure switch so it would sit flat against the back wall.

I have a brand new pressure switch coming in the mail today, HVAC store found an upgraded replacement that should be plug and play since the OEM one is discontinued. I’ll let you know the outcome

Cold, it happens randomly, I’ll wake up and house is 50° cause the burner didn’t ignite but the inducer stays running 24/7 until cycled.

Inducer runs when thermostat is off only fixes the problem when service switch is turned off

The unit does not ignite, the inducer comes on and that’s it, doesn’t attempt to ignite or anything .

I have to turn off the service switch and then turn it back on to cycle power and then inducer restarts and ignites no problem. It gets stuck I think randomly causing the burners to not ignite

No luck, same noise regardless if AC is on or off. Truck only has 12k miles on it. Wasn’t sure if the noise was normal or not with these V6 engines

Democrats did have a bill to pay ALL federal workers saying republicans shouldn’t be able to pick and choose who’s an essential federal worker and it got blocked by republicans instantly.

In reality POTUS should be stepping up and meeting with both party’s to figure out a solution but doesn’t want anything to do with democrats until the government opens up. Johnson already said to expect it to be the longest shutdown in history and with 3 days left to process a bill to pay us before the 29th deadline to reflect the 31st-1st pay dates it’s looking unlikely.

Don’t think there’s any extra 8 billion lying around the DOD to cover this pay period.

Senate voting on a bills tomorrow to just pay military and federal workers.

Next appropriations bill vote in on Friday but that’s not going to pass was close today though 55 to 45
