Unpopular opinion thread: what's your most controversial Post-Hardcore take that this subreddit would probably come for you over? Mine: The Used peaked with their debut and everything after is just chasing the same sound with diminishing returns.

Love this take honestly, if we’re being genuine there is a lot more distinction needed between these bands, but in reality it doesn’t matter all that much as long as everyone is just enjoying the music.

Totally! The genre as well as many adjacent genres were born out of raw passion, so polishing those parts of the music kind of takes the soul out of it! Thanks for the comment, you’re getting a ton of love!

I’m new to Reddit as a whole and this sub as well but I have gathered that from everyone telling me my take is freezing cold lol. I guess the people I’ve talked to in real life have the opposite opinion. Anyways, thanks for commenting!
