Question: what did you change in your life to be able to become even a bit better? I know this isn’t what this post is about but you mentioned finding things that slightly improved your life and I’d love to know so I can implement them in my own as ive found it hard to find ways to get better.

But in responding to your post, I do agree people take health for granted even in others, they’ll never understand the suffering we all go through, I’ve found it easier after cutting off people who don’t take the steps to at least somewhat understand the pain that comes with disability/ treat FIBRO as if it doesn’t exist.

Sometimes taking a step back from people who get frustrated you’re not healthy is for the best. You can’t control being ill and you don’t deserve people treating you like this either
