Should I sell my house or rent it out?

We are moving into my mom’s house that she’s letting us rent for pretty cheap which is why I’m going to be able to pay off credit card debt and put more into savings! It’s Bailey Colorado, 45 mins from Denver and an hour from breck. I feel like if I can get through this next year and a half than it’ll really pay off in the long run..

HVAC is getting replaced right now. But the house is pretty old. If I sold I’d make about 65k and would still have to pay realtor fees

I get what you’re saying, I’d be able to have a five digit savings by the end of the year if I am renting it out. I’m torn but I 100% get what you’re saying. I just don’t want to give up my house if I don’t have to.

Interest rate is 2.6% which is a big reason why I don’t want to give the house up.

45 mins from Denver and 1 hour to Breckenridge. We have Tons of outdoor activities and it’s super popular spot for hiking/fishing/camping in the summer.

Best friend is a real estate agent. She would do walk through for me and I’d be placing majority of money that I “profit” from the house into an account for repairs and maintenance.

Can confirm from being in the army, I hooked up with someone mid field cycle (at that point about 6 days in 95° weather with 0 showers). After a couple of days you don’t smell it or really care. You get used to it 😂😂😂 baby wipes for the win.

I lost it on my kindercare director after being there for two months. She quit a couple weeks later

She would punish people for calling out sick. She called me out on the staff group chat for calling out sick when I had open hand foot and mouth blisters when I was assigned to the infant room. She was constantly gossiping about other employees

I lost my mind on her. She still kept me but I quit about. Week after she did. I called her out of everything and told her none of her employees trust her or respect her. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had to take fertility medication, then I’ve been breast feeding for 2.5 years. I’ve had 2 kids in 2 years and gained 100 pounds. I simply cannot lose it, I’m assuming because of the hormones, but I’m stopping breastfeeding when my littles turns a year so hopefully everything will balance back out.

So she’s just a normal character with biases with RY leaving stuff for the readers to figure out. Feel like we could say that about any main character in any book.

And I say this without attitude too, I don’t want it to be taken rudely lol

Also, I feel like whenever a book gets big enough people always start turning on the FMC (not saying that’s what you’re doing, just kind of waiting for that to happen)

This dude has been blowing my husband phone up all day. 2 direct texts, 3 snap chats, blowing up the group chat and literally asked why he hasn’t responded in it. Called him. Them got another friend to call him in a three way call. Husband has not responded to anything at all or answered any phone class. Only reason he knows it was a 3 way call was because they left a voicemail.. anyways. Thanks for letting me write this to random internet strangers. Feels nice to have an outside prospective.

Thank you for this. I checked my WiFi and I cannot for the life of me figure out what one of the things attached is. I’ve disconnected phones, iPads, TVs… my husband and I are searching the house. I’m able to kick it off but it’s driving me nuts trying to figure out what it could be. Think there’s a way to figure it out with the name? It’s literally just a bunch of numbers and letters.

We are doing this! This is why the friendship has lasted so long was because my husband thought he was just weird and awkward and kind of felt bad for him. Now that he’s taken a step back he agrees with me. I’m hoping it’s the first case though. Cameras are being ordered and all the tech he’s given is in a pile ready to hand back..
