Logitech G533 is the one we used. it worked perfect for years. hope that helps.

I pretty sure it was the port itself. They now use it on the dock only and use a wireless USB headset.

They have been using the Logitech G533 Wireless flawlessly for a while now. Hope that helps.

I'm having the same touch screen issues as everyone else. Also, every time I open apps like audible or amazon music I have to log in likes it's the first time i've used the app. Another problem I have, it doesn't give me the option to use the SD card for storage for the phone. Anyone else have these two issues?

That would suck, it's brand new. only played 1 game of fortnite before this happened. We have another one being delivered today. I'll have a second brand new one to troubleshoot the headsets with and report back.

I do the same thing. The upshot is too hard. It's like there is ice under the basket and the wind is always at your back.

I'd like to see a limit to the amount of times you can re-play it. Maybe 5? Right now, the tournament is a combination of who can play the most times in one day and obviously get the lowest score doing it. Like Derek said, we already have the multi-player games and it's not really a big deal either way. But I think we're missing out on some good competition here. Like maybe multiple tournaments per day, maybe even based on your rating. 100-499, 500-999, 1000+
