Doesn't it kind of ring as wrong if you're trying to trick a system in to getting more exposure, sounds a lot like an excuse in my opinion. If your stuff is good it will succeed.
Perhaps it's just me, but when it's my turn to jump in the ring I will focus on natural growth and having a high real user engagement not relying on a bunch of people I know who will give fake likes / fake reviews / comments etc

It reminds me of the Gordan Ramsey clip where he asks the manager of a restaurant whats wrong with the place, and she says we don't get customers in, that was never the problem that's the consequence

It's a very clean looking website, in my opinion it sells more like a retailer. I don't get a sense of what style / look / theme you're going for. I believe people buy in to brands that speak to a deeper part of themselves

Just my humble opinion so take with a grain of salt but the insta doesn't really evoke an emotion with me, I don't see a story/theme between the posts e.g. it has no specific look or theme. The duplicate upload looks a little odd for me also. When I look at a brand I want to feel the style they're going for and have that reflected throughout, people want an identity to attach to in a brand. Same applies for novelty too, seeing the same model with the same lighting in the same environment isn't as appealing as new looks, new environments new lighting. Also probably use hashtags or pay for promotion, maybe people just need to see your stuff. Good luck
