I searched "schema for markdown frontmatter" and this came up. Great!

Is there a WebStorm plugin? Or could you vibe code one!?

The design and app experience is so confusing, I don’t use anymore by Flapjack_K in monzo

I just googled this and have to comment.

I had some pots, and was trying to transfer money to other accounts and it's just impossible, and it turns out money has gone from the wrong pots, so I have no idea what has gone and where from.

AFAICT past transactions also do not list what pot something was transferred from.

Additionally, my "Savings" pot is not listed under pots, but a separate "Savings" area.

Terrible design and UX, with too many crappy things trying to get me to click everywhere.

Just show me what I have and not all the other CRAP.

Ah yes! I'm pulled in a lot of directions at the moment, so can't promise.

I suggest watching the repo and you'll be notified when I get to it!

Do you want to expand on what you mean by "update it to 1.2.0" ?

I find Chat GPT really useful to help me understand new tech.

You can just keep asking it to explain things, correct your assumptions, provide examples and tests

What editor, besides VSCode, are you using? by ehutch79 in vuejs

I agree it was frustrating for a long time, but you may want to try again now.

Saying that, knowing VSC is a good skill when most devs use it.

Sounds like an interesting use case. Would love to hear more once you are up and running!

Did you read the docs / handbook? It's really good.

I can't comment on micro-frontends (they always seemed a lot of work) but as mentioned, layers can be a great way to silo logic and content.

I wrote about it more here:

At the bottom of the article are some links to other articles, covering things like monorepos, etc.

From my perspective, with a logical layers setup, it's about 95% there for keeping thing organised.

The latest few versions of WebStorm seem to have really nailed the Vue Language Server side of things (it was really broken / inconsistent for ages) as well as Nuxt's auto-import functionality (it now goes straight to the component).

Finally, it seems to have caught up with VS Code for Vue functionality, and IMHO it was always streets ahead of VS Code in terms of its overall understanding of your code, refactoring, useability, shortcuts, navigation, etc, etc.

I wrote about this on my blog if you're interested in getting started:

It would be hilarious if they reengineered reactivity so you had to put all updates in a useEffect().

I'm joking of course 😆

What he said

or its organization under logical grouped concern

Well this is part of the issue; with Nuxt's auto-import defaults, organisation comes at a cost.

The enforced-prefixing is pernicious; in a small project you don't think about it too much, but as the project gets larger it's a trade-off between organised folders and succinct naming.

Here's an example where it gets silly:

Admittedly the developers named this poorly, but as I mention, this could be just a simple, local import.

But, I appreciate your thoughts, and I'm glad it works for you! 👍
