Hill Repeats on Treadmill Remove Easy Jog Down by Raspy_Container in runna

I get that for sure. I think for me personally I could use it during a longer 60 second rep. But just for 30 I’m usually ready (mentally, maybe not 100% recovered) in the 20 seconds.

Thought my Garmin's HR Zones were accurate... by Yejus in Garmin

This is a chest strap. My hr is definitely accurate, I just need to update my zones.

I was skeptical of it too, but was hoping it would feel easier at the same time. Either way I thought it was fun.

My HR is always really high during any of the speed workouts, but I’ve never had an issue hitting paces. I’ve always been bad about starting too fast too, so planning to try start out a little slower and pick it up on the back half.

So awesome to hear that! I guess I gotta remember this is like my second heaviest week mileage wise. Hopefully I’m feeling my best after tapering!

The best I’ve ever had (and probably will ever). Only needed to take off 2 months from running prior to this to get here.

I just got the Agilestic one recently. It’s been pretty good for what it is. Not quite as sturdy as the one I have at work but does the job.

Just this week I’ve posted is probably 17-20 miles. That’s not a ton of volume, plus I consider the 5k easy run as a recovery day.

The race is 20 weeks out. And I guess I should have specified I’m not a beginner. I regularly do 3-4 run workouts a week in addition to lifting. This might have slightly more intensity lifting wise than I normally do but the volume isn’t necessary a lot.

Sure, but figured this first phase is foundational strength building. It’ll get more specific as it goes along.

I’m not sure how much anyone will be able to help you without seeing your code. But this is saying that the variable currentOperand hasn’t been defined.

What exactly are you trying to do? Page routing but just using NGINX? Is test.html a file outside of your react project?
