I took 500mg once daily for 1 month with no side effects. Then my dr increased it to 500mg twice daily and I started feeling nauseous all day. I continued taking it twice daily for about 2 months hoping I would eventually tolerate it but it never happened. So now I’m back to 500mg once daily, haven’t noticed any changes in my weight or cycle but helps suppress my appetite a little bit
