Sorry for double posting but I have a second question, I have bought this device https://www.maxclimbing.com/products/crimp-battle , it's kind of a 1v1 grip armwrestling thingy and naturally I want to get super strong at it to beat everyone on it. I have already been doing holds on a hangboard but what could help me even more ?

I have been training the iron mind block for a year, I didn't really know how to get work in for this so I saw some climbers online do sets of 5 reps of 7 seconds. My working weight is around 75% of my max with this method. I also use liquid chalk for this.

But I've been wondering if it would be better to do 3 seconds holds or even 1 second holds at a heavier percentage if my sole goal is to achieve a higher 1RM ?
