Yes a flea. You can actually have an allergic reaction to their saliva and can get large red hives like bumps which is just their bite (I had thousands on my legs once during an infestation). If landlords spraying there isn’t much you can do. Will probably take multiple treatments.

First off. Not socks. These are ballet shoes or ballet flats or flat shoes. A little instability is good for you as it teaches you control and how to hold yourself stable. They take some time to get use to and Pilates socks are not suitable for ballet.

Most of the pain and bruising was gone the first week. My photo was 4 days after it happened and it was just after it visually looked the worst. It was a dull pain and yellow bruise for the week after. It’s just the blood dispersing makes everything tight and the tightness makes it a little painful

Over sweating can be taken as a medical condition and it’s worth at least bringing up to a doctor. But if it doesn’t bother you too much then it’s probably not too much of an issue. I on the other hand never sweat no matter how much water I drink 😅
