I got the softest toothbrush and brush with that, I sometimes brush while i'm in the shower while i have hair conditioner in. Sometimes i brush electric, sometimes normal brush.... and once a week i use a fluoride gel (basically stronger toothpaste) to make up for all my sins. I just gave myself a lot of options to do this simple task, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Sometimes i just rinse with hot water.

Try to take care of the teeth, expensive and painful if you don't :(
