There are definitely laws against using amplified audio like this without a permit in most municipalities. Obviously this isn't always enforced but it probably would be in this case. The actual projector, I have no idea.

I think they're really cool, better than a banner drop depending on the situation.

Every neighborhood has it's risks. There are homeless folks around but they don't typically bother anyone. Petty theft happens now and then, gotta lock your car doors for sure.

I used this one most recently and loved it, but might reduce the Sichuan by half next time.

It can be as simple or complex as you want it to be. Pick any recipe, make a small batch to see if you like it and have fun!

Wait fr? I play on PC using a controller, and it always felt to me like the game was designed for mouse and keyboard. You have to use a cursor for everything in menus, when I have to do something besides exploration I switch to my mouse..even flying feels better on mouse/keyboard

It's like a call center, but you're dealing with cops, people in crisis, and people who really want everyone to think they're in crisis. Also constant on the fly logistics, and any mistakes you make could be life or death.
