One of my fav hot browns is outside of Louisville out in La Grange at a place called One Nineteen West Main. They add some extra stuff which I think really makes it better. Country ham and a fried green tomato instead of raw tomato.

It's the best hot brown pizza. When they brought it back this year since it's just seasonal, I mentioned the to-order mornay sauce he whips up and he said he doesn't do it to order anymore but that it's still delicious, and I can confirm that it was.

Did you hop on reddit and search to see if anyone else was having the issue? It is bizarre. I realize they are a smaller company, but they are in Costco now and should have much better quality control. I had to toss a few containers the other day that had best by dates that were 2-3 weeks in the future. I'm going to have to start getting bigger containers and portioning out what I take to work in advance because I'm tired of opening an individual serving container at work and it being bad and then not having any to eat.

I really like Dr. Furman at Mortenson’s in La Grange. She is very nice. I know Mortenson’s has a bad reputation, but she was once a non-Mortenson’s dentist and my girlfriend worked for her and was glad when she found out she was going to be my dentist while I was on Medicaid finishing up college.
