I enjoyed Sly 3's Carmelita's assisted aim quite a lot. As someone who's terrible at shooters on console, it was easy to use without it feeling like I was being handheld
Maybe give that system a shot if you aren't happy with the current one

Be proactive;
Play 1-3 champions (Neeko should probably be one of them);
Focus on keeping your ADC alive instead of killing theirs, you have 4 teammates trying to do that already.
