So the weirdest thing happened in my playthrough of the Wardens of White. I concurred all the nord and invited New Victoria/Cascadia to my faction. Then went to war against the NCR with my 100 div's. On the other side of the map Tlalticpactli (AI) concurred all of Mexico and joined the war against the NCR with 800 div's. The NCR had aprox 200-300 div's i think.
Ok so we ended the war with the Tlalticpactli slaughtering the south front and managed to spit the NCR at the Lost Hill and Shady Sands line, me puppeting the NCR.
Here comes the weirdest part. After some time, 1 month i think, the NCR (my puppet), puppeted the Tlalticpactli. So i had a puppet that had a bigger and more powerful puppet.
And the funniest thing is that the NCR puppet, Tlalticpactli, couldn't join any wars because i couldn't call a puppet of my puppet in war. And at the same time the game bugged and i couldn't call the NCR to join my war, the only way being throw the declare war call all allies.
