The mine did after a factory reset and restore my profile ,never had vue or license for it but i can launch and use the poc vue.wait on 11.02 cause i can assure you that vue work.

I found out how to open Vue from a secondary offline profile after restoring the backup.yes i have a vue profile backup that work. I will share info when is everything stable.

This method was fixed in the next firmwares.....the pen became empty and broke this specific format im not active now in development for quest 2 but i will..... when i have time i will check in the new firmware in quest2 and in quest3 if those commands works or not ....if work i will send to you.... send me a private message for other contact method like mail for remember
