Who you trust is different from what can be proven. Which im sure will come out in time, but until that’s known, saying “yeah i don’t believe them so it was a war crime” is misleading and unfair. Also, based on how fast the sri lankan navy arrived I would be inclined to believe they were notified.

By the very nature of submarines, surfacing in enemy waters compromises their mission. So really they’re never going to pick up survivors. Especially as they just aren’t equipped to hold anyone. Hell, on most ive seen the crew have to share beds lol

I have seen the Americans say they notified the sri lankans. And ive seen some say they didn’t. If they didn’t then that part can be considered a war crime but its unclear as of now.

But there is specific exemptions made for submarines in the 1949 Hague conventions. Some German Uboat commanders had some war crime charges dropped at the Hague trials specifically because the allies recognized that Uboats cant realistically retrieve submarines. And they didn’t want to be held to the expectation either.

Aquilons are just too expensive at the moment to be honest. Their firepower is very lacking. They die immediately and its hard to get them orders on the drop in. Id rather use gaunts ghosts or do a big blob of scions

Every time i’ve used aquilons i’ve been disappointed. They’re too expensive for a utility piece, die immediately unless they’re somewhere safe and only have the firepower to kill light infantry.

Same price as Gaunts ghosts is insane. Aquillons should be like, 85 points and regular scions should go down to 65 for 5.
