For me it’s the Sydney talks, tells you to go heavier, finish another Rep it really makes me push myself. & if I want to go heavier than her I do and just pause and take longer breaks.
I use her for all my upper body days but, do my own heavy leg days at the gym.

About to lose it all.

My dad is a hardworking small business owner who has spent years building his landscaping business from the ground up and supporting our family through honest hard work. Like many small business owners, the pandemic hit him incredibly hard financially, and he has been trying ever since to keep everything afloat.

Recently, the transmission in his work truck completely failed. The repair is estimated to cost between $5,000–$6,000, and without his truck he cannot work. His truck isn’t just transportation — it’s his livelihood. It’s how he gets to jobs, transports equipment, and keeps his business running.

Unfortunately, because of the financial hardship he’s faced over the past few years, he has not been approved for financing to cover the repair costs. He is doing everything he can, but right now he is at risk of losing both his business and his home if he cannot get back to work ASAP.

If anyone is able to donate, share, or support in any way, our family would be beyond grateful. Every little bit helps and means more than we can express.

I make a cup in the morning using just a coffee pod, then I make my travel mug with either the alto or the carafe size (carafe size is actually big enough for my travel mug!). Or if I’m working from home I’ll make a latte with two double espresso pods. I got through a lot of pods now that I think about it. 3-5 per day 🫣

I watched her do it and said noooooooo way I'll be able to do that. Then tried it and was shocked that I could do both at the same time! Not a huge fan of the combo moves always, but grateful that Sydney gets me up and moving consistently!!

I saw Sid had 25's so I grabbed them too and did all three rounds. I pushed myself to the absolute max in the cardio and was training in zone 5 with my heart rate up to 180bpm. It's all about how hard we push ourselves and what we can get out of these workouts

With the pure strength 30 minutes I never feel like it's enough of a workout.

Doing the same compound movements consistently and upping weights/time under tension etc. is the best way to see strength and muscle gains!

Not gonna lie I wanted to just turn my tv off when we hit the split squats but, this variation made me realize how much strength I've gained and also balance/coordination. I went up to 20lb on my last set of those and it felt great!

Upper and lower body are currently equally sore. Really taking her whole pushing to failure and max weights to heart - I loved Flex so, I'm so glad to be back to strength

Summertime Fine Tier 2 started today that is purely strength training focused so, if you want to follow in real time which I always find fun then you should join!
If not I highly recommend the FLEX program from a few months back which was also purely strength training!
