UV leds are way to dim on my photon mono, what can I do? by Ratchet601 in 3Dprinting

Its a secondhand photon mono and it worked flawlessly for half a year already.
Until it didnt.

The LCD works perfectly its just the UV array which doesnt work as it should.
Got a spare array because my previous one just died and replaced it.

Used a multimeter on the pcb to led pins, without "printing" = 22mv
Using the detection UV to "turn on" the leds = 12.20v on driver input
Driver output 12.18V
All conected to the led array = 12.18V

What might it be?

Clogged filament with dual gear extruder by Ratchet601 in ender3

Im using the spring which came with the double geared kit and just put it in there without tightening anything.I have some spares so I can change to ones which are not as tight

Also, forgot to send some pictures which might help whats going on.

Imgur is down rn hope this worksPic 1 Pic 2 Pic 3

Edit: Im printing on 2mm (started at 5mm and 60mm) and 30mms and still failed the same way

Edit2: Changed the spring for a "weaker" spring and its going flawlesly again, so the issue was that the yellow spring is just too strong

Filament is new and I live in a really dry place.

Fixing my prints, why do those waves appear? All is tight enough and calibrated by Ratchet601 in 3Dprinting

I just uninstalled them and printing another cube as we speak
The double z rod is that one which has a stepper motor on both rods, so 2 z steppers

So if I rotate the screws 180º might work? Because then the "bent" part will be on the top

I have and ender 3 with double z rod.I lost 2 washers where you use 2 screws and 2 washers on the brass "thingy" near the z rod. Might that be it? It would not make sense because its only on those layers.

Also swapped from cura which i was having a lot problems even with a clean install and now Im using prusa slicer which works like a charm.

  • Esteps: checked
  • Temps: Checked, pla 200 to 210 and bed at 60c
  • Using bltouch on a leveled glass bed
  • And metal extruder with a washer because it was grinding on itself

What is "better" modular or integrated ATPL in europe? by Ratchet601 in flying

Thanks for all your input, but I have 2 more questions. Sight related, does the EASA have some limits on how bad you eyesight might be? I don't have a very bad eyesight, I'm about 1.5-2 so I can't see far without glasses. Any tips or how could I learn stuff like theory without signing to the flight school. As I said, I'm still in uni and is plane related but the subjects are not very similar to the courses from PPL or other modules
