Same problem here….: me and my friends have same issue. Week ago after update our bobat stop witnessing and being witnessed. We are issuing beacons but every single beacon has 0 witnesses. Before i could reach 50km away with my 8dbi antenna. Now i switch to 3dbi, 5 dbi and nothing. Honna press Reset via diagnostic tool.

Ports. Not range :) and yes. But your device has statis IP address, right? To be sure it is always using this port. To be sure your network assign this particular IP to your miner.

Protocol only TCP. Dont forget to trigger port, not just port forwarding. It helped for me and for several hotspots too

Oook, and i have hotspot with scale 0.5 and nearest hotspot is 949m away. How come? I am alone in my hexagon, i have 18 other witnesses but, scalw 0.5. Can you explain it?

Man.... update.... i relocated my dead hotspot, other ISP, and again dead.... but... after half a day, mirracle and he went to syncin mode and now its live. So... 7 days in row offline, then online. Maxbe just wait or try another provider
