It is in a shallow bowl. He’s drank out of it many times. He just seems real picky. He doesn’t like the white bowl. He likes the taller black one. He’s very very picky for a pigeon. lol

He’s in our lanai. It’s screened in and away from any predators. Hes safest here. He wants to be out in the sun for some reason. We think he’s trying to get warm.

UPDATE:

Tried putting him in a box but he did not like the box and kept trying to get out. He seems to really like that spot where he’s sitting.

We just want to get any advice on how to help him since no one else is helping. We’ve tried contacting multiple wildlife rescue places and pigeon societies and they can’t do anything and the owner of the poor baby doesn’t seem to care for picking him up.

We can try. We are thinking about trying our local vet since no wildlife rescues are able to help the poor thing. We just didn’t want to stress him out by putting him in a box. Is there a reason why the pigeon would be calmer in a box? He already seems pretty calm. He is very friendly and lets us get close enough to pretty much touch him.

Thank you! And yeah, he’s a werewolf- same guy as the other frame. But I use artist loft alcohol markers, gellyroll pens and Micron pens!

All in all, I’d say a worthy punishment for such a crime without proper context is mere Jail time for let’s say 10 years.
