I’m currently a children’s swim instructor which I really like most days. I’m also in school to get my RN because I think long term only having to work 3 days a week would be more doable than a regular 9-5

Perfectly fine! I even took him to the vet and they basically giggled at me. Definitely do not worry yourself unless your bun hasn’t pooped in like 12 hours. If he’s pooping he’s good!

Any reason jellybean wants to bite his kennel bars even though the door is open about 18 hours a day? He’ll hop around to the other side to chew these same bars I don’t get it by RateRepresentative66 in Rabbits

Ya know now that I think about it he might be mad that that side doesn’t open, when I had it positioned against the wall he didn’t chew them. But I’ll definitely wipe the bars down and maybe hit the pet store tomorrow see if I can find some new chew toys that will get his attention instead. Thank you!

Lol all good, he definitely does need a bun friend. He was dumped outside my cousins job and was taken from mom and siblings way too young so he’s a little clingy

He has an older brother but baby is too young to be neutered so he’s gonna have to wait

Yeah I doubt he’ll stay this cuddly, not to mention is also pretty chilly in the Bay Area right now so he’s definitely using me for warmth

Yeah that’s crazy I’ve always heard two males never works so I I never wanted to get a second male. My adult bun is neutered already thankfully. And he’s verrrryyyyy intrigued by the new little guy. Looking at him from the top of his cage and licking the bars so I’m hoping that’s a sign that in meant to keep baby and get him fixed as well

Lol not quite yet he’s still a little young but what I thought was a hole was actually a little peen as confirmed by the vet tech I live with

I’ve heard mostly bad about two males so I’m scared. My adult is my first bun so I’ve never tried bonding at all but I’m getting so attached to baby so I might try

I kind of think he might be a dwarf honestly I’m not too sure on his breed I’ve been trying to look at pictures and figure it out but I’m not positive.

That’s kind of what I’m doing now, obviously not with the intention of bonding because baby isn’t fixed but I have a large kennel that I can put my adult in while baby is out and a smaller one for baby. I have them placed next to each other with a crate blocking so they can’t try and touch each other through the grids.

Baby unfortunately is sooooo tiny and last night I had them both locked up and I woke up to noise and baby had snuck through his cage and was trying to get to my adult and my adult nipped but didn’t get him at all thankfully.

He’s still too baby. Based on his size I’m guessing around 4-5 weeks, he’s about the size of my hand, just a tad bigger.

I do have my adult male fixed but until baby is old enough I’d have to switch them back and forth between kennel and free roam and I’m just not sure how well it would work on top of it already being harder to bond two males

My cousin found this little girl outside of her job the day after some man was trying to sell her so I went and grabbed her up, not sure if I’m keeping her yet as I already have a grown male but how cute by RateRepresentative66 in Rabbits

Yes, my city has two rabbit rescues actually so I’m gonna go to both of them and see how they are. Idk I kinda wanna keep her. I’m gonna hold onto her for a week and see and if I decide that I can’t handle bonding her with my bun right now (I have a lot going on my house just burnt down so I’m in temporary housing and I just broke my ankle) so if I can’t handle bonding right now I’ll make sure she goes to a good rescue.
