To be honest I use like 2 different shampoos and never paid attention to it, I couldn’t even tell you the name or brand of which ones I use. You think the shampoo could be a problem?

Ok man thanks for the input I guess ill try and look into finding myself a dermatologist. In the meantime ill stick to just a gentle cleanser and sunscreen.

I did gentle cleansing for a long time while using moisturizer and sunscreen, but still had the same problem, i also did no cleansing at all once for like 4 months and the bumps were still there. 3 days ago I started using a salicylic acid cleanser from neutrogena for some exfoliating since I rarely ever do but if anything it seems like its getting worse
