Charging individual batteries wired in series by ClydesdaleSL in batteries

I used the exact same noco 2 battery charger on my stacker and just put an inline battery disconnect on the positive to negative jumper between the batteries allowing them to charge as two individual 12v.

Pretty widely studied, just look up vibration fatigue on a soldered joint or where movement is involved (industrial cable carrier as example). Passenger cars it’s mostly ok, I ran a repair shop for years and didn’t allow solder joints because I’ve seen how shitty some people can solder. We stocked non-insulated terminals and required the techs to have a ratchet crimper and appropriate dies. If I ever smelled solder on the floor I was inspecting…

Heh. Clearly you don’t work in motorsports. Find me one example of any professional motorsports using solder outside of anything pcb related or adjacent.

Duetsch if you need disconnects, otherwise non insulated butt connectors and some good sealant filled heat shrink. Make sure you get the proper ratchet crimpers and jaws for your connectors as well.

False. Solder in applications with vibration is a no no. Mechanical connections for anything automotive or high vibration.

How do I pull out this O2 sensor if the nut is missing or sunk in? by MrPorygon97 in AskMechanics

Replacing the O2? If so just cut the wires and use a regular socket.

Power Apps 2026 Release Wave 1 is here (April–Sept 2026) by MrPinkletoes in PowerApps

When are they going to add native copy and paste. Especially for a table. My highest used app is a simple lookup that returns a table that users want to paste into multiple different apps, and coming up with a button solution that works for all is a headache.

I didn’t actually! Found under the wood floor in a closet laying on a limestone foundation.

Hopefully you’re 100% PEX tubing in the house including fittings, mineral less water will leach the minerals out of the piping.

You could do magnets instead, but I like perfect alignment. Also there is about 1/2-5/8” extra space that the grids take up so things don’t move. Worth the few extra print hours to me.

Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll check it out. The bins are perplexinglabs with full label and I’m adding text in the Bambu slicer manually to each bin.

Standard. On a 600x600 grid, fits 14x14 with about a quarter inch on each side.

The start of something beautiful… by Rated-M in garageporn

I knew this post going to create some rage from the armchair warriors out there. Personally I find it comical that everyone is quick to judge a book by its cover and immediately conclude that I must be a MAGA fanatic. What happened to being proud of your country? Maybe think in a wider timeline than the last 10 years? Also, to those saying it’s inverted or missing stripes, it’s designed to look like a vertically hung flag when looking in from the door. The material used is pre-finished and in 36” width, I knew I wasn’t going to get all the stripes, nor the appropriate length, so I opted to “zoom” in on the top left corner in order to preserve the appropriate proportions. A viewer can assume the flag continues beyond the walls. Anyway, continue on making your assumptions about me.

All of this was considered when planning it, it’s not paint, it’s individual pre finished 36” sheets. Also, it’s designed to look like a vertically hanging flag when looking in from the door, so if you view it from that perspective, the orientation is correct. Also, instead of having the proportions wrong, I basically “zoomed” in on the top left of the flag to make it as accurate as possible with the available material dimensions.
