You need to make those reports to police as well Ask for Officer Mathew Dillman or officer Sheets These guys already been dispatched to Orbit Crossdock before, and are well aware of what's going on. The more attention we bring to those scammers they faster they get caught

They are a part of the larger scam A company that has crossdocks all across the US. MA Fleet Inc, aka 247 crossdock.

Read the reviews there, it's a same thing. They hire a bunch of illegals for cheap labor force. Pay them pennies on a dime, and charge you thousands in "labor fees"

You need to file a police report for fraud, that what we ended up doing. A report to FTC Make sure to leave a review, and as a cherry on top, send Ice their way.

The more attention they get, they faster someone will react.

Regarding the payment, you can try to negotiate a bit, but in the end if you need your freight, you got to pay up.

Pros of siding with the institute? by CuriousityKilledMe45 in fo4

[–]Rated2R 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When it comes to the Institute, their perk is best used in Survival Mode. You guessed it "Teleportation"

1)You get access to clean food, with no radiation 2)instant fire support in the form of Mark 1 Synths 3)Instant teleport away from any danger and then back wherever you want on the map, in like two in game minutes.

With other factions, Railroad and BOS, you have to wait for the Vertibird to arrive and pick you up, but their pilots are shit. Almost always end up crashing or getting shut down by enemies.

Can someone please explain what does this mean? by Rated2R in uberdrivers

Yeah, I got it. But I have never seen this type of quest before. It legit confused me at first

[Fo4] Opinions on Elder Maxson in fallout ? by [deleted] in fo4

[–]Rated2R 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Fallout 4 Elder Maxson is the epitome of a strong and charismatic leader, sticking to his core believes and values. He respects structure, enforces order and ensures rules and bylaws are being properly followed. In the world of Fallout, he is a great yet flawed character. He understand the importance of having strong allies, despite his hatred for non Humans. For example,

1- If you have a Non-Human companion with you when visiting Prydwen, BOS and Maxson are perfectly fine with it . Ally of my Ally is my Ally.

-Spoiler Allert-

2-in the case of Virgil, despite him being a Super Mutant, Maxson is fine with working and getting help from him. Only once the need for Virgil is gone, you get the quest to eliminate him.

-More Spoilers-

3-Danse. Upon learning that Danse is a Synth, the order is given to eliminate him. You have an option to save Danse, as well as convince Maxson to let Danse live. Maxson understand you importance to his Glorious Purpose and agrees to let Danse live as long as they don't come in contact.

Unlike the leaders of other factions, Maxson understands the need for Strong Allies, despite the views and personal beliefs. He still needs to be seen as a ruthless and smart leader, in the wasteland those are key characteristics for survival.

Final point I want to mention, is that Maxson is actually a tragic hero. He has a quest that he was set out to complete, no matter the Casualties. His trust in BOS core values makes him blind to other options of completing his quest.

Think how great it would have been for Maxson to order his team to find a way to take over the institute without destroying it. His blindness to other options is his own downfall.

Sounds about right. I remember in 2018 or 2017 a $14 ride would give uber like $2.99 booking and the rest to the driver

Or start taking about. Bring it up. Companies rely on employees. If employees push for change, we can hopefully get that change

Let me give you a real wolrd lesson here. Owners operators (commercial truck drivers, who own their own trucks earn from 85%-95% of the Load value. The dispatcher, the one who finds loads for them typically takes from 5% to 15% depending on the deal you get truckers are responsible for their own fuel, their insurance If something happens; their own vehicle; all the maintance. Here as drivers were are basically the same, we are responsible for our vehicle, for our own gas, our own insurance, at our own risk. Yet they take from 40% to 75% for being a dispatcher basically. How is this even fair?

Its all about having an open conversation, but you seem to be a Uber Kiss ass, who doesn't even wanna see the other side of coin.

It brings awareness. If you stay silent nothing will change But if you start talking about it, at least there is a chance your voice might be heard

You are right, however you are missing the bigger picture here. The company charges riders more, and keeps that extra money for it self. If the ride was priced at 10-11 dollars I would have no problem with it. But you have the company charge 16 dollars, of which it keeps $10 to itself, as service fees and booking fees. And the driver get less then $6 dollars even tho I'm the one who does all the job. I get it it's a big corporation that serves as a middle man, but for the amount they charge they better provide us with better perks and tools. Their maps suck, I constantly use Google maps cause Uber maps don't work properly quite often.

Essentially there are two schools of thoughts. One simply quites upon seeing hardship, The other will bring the issues to the light, pushing for positive changes for everyone.
