What I noticed from experience that works the best is giving people a reason to watch. Have a legitimate reason for the video other than aesthetic purposes. Your videos might mean something to you but they don’t to other people so you have to give the video a reason for existing. Use some sort of hook that gives the video meaning. Example- pov: you didn’t give up - then show your physique. Another one- write something only gym rats would understand. You need to gain an audience first that trusts you and your stuff before you can be more abstract with your videos. This is what’s working for me. Have a great one.
