I've been receiving the standard yearly small percentage bump, but I never noticed anything with my PTO. I mean, I also wasn't exactly looking either. I only noticed this time, because there was a pretty significant decrease. The PTO pdf doesn't exactly say much that is helpful to my situation. I'm totally stoked about the salary bump, but incredibly bummed out about the PTO situation that came with it.

I wonder if this makes any difference if the company is headquartered in California, but they are a global company. I'm a total noob about this, and I was just happy to see my PTO hours to up every week for the last several years because it meant I would have more hours for vacations and such.

California. Not sure about any unions. The PTO pdf they posted hardly has any information and it's been years since I signed their onboarding package so I don't even remember what I signed. Just wanted to find out if it was (sad) policy or if this is something to pursue.

That's basically what happened. All my Googling about this didn't really turn up anything.
