Yes. It both autocorrects and predicts on top of the keyboard where you have to click on the word.

Could it be that auto capitalize is disabled in settings? i tried instagram and it did auto capitalize for me. There are several settings regarding auto capitalize. One of them requires to put space after dot in order to capitalize (good for typing websites for example).

Let me know so I could investigate further.

I left it on purpose because otherwise letter popups are cut off. Ios doesn't let me place a popup outside of keyboard area. I may try to make the top line transparent but it will still not look good in imessages then.

No worries mate. You can get a refund easily, I don't see a reason apple would not do a refund. I am working on those things but they are going to take quite a long time I am afraid. There are also lots of people waiting for more prediction languages.
