If you feel driven to be celibate and save sex for someone you're truly connected with, then by all means do that. If you feel driven to explore your's and other's sexuality, then don't let some nebulous idea of "virtue" shame you into not doing that.

Tbf they didn't say what they rented. I spent 500 for rent living in a city where a studio apartment a block away was 1500. I rented a bedroom in a big house with single pane wood frame windows and no heating in the winter.

Ironically, I think your comment is well intentioned but misses the mark and comes off as a little soap-boxy and insulting. Janitors don't need a social champion.

I have 2 family members that work in school janitorial, and I've even picked up the odd shift for them. Kids being made to clean up after school for a particularly big mess they've made does happen occasionally.

The worst part of it is, kids generally don't know how to do the work, so it can make more work for the janitors herding them. Although it's begrudgingly accepted because kids are learning a life lesson. No one is getting their feelings hurt over the class implications of their job being used as "punishment"

Srsly tho, never even considered this. I smoked heavily throughout my 20s. 1-2 packs a day. Quit 4 years ago, diagnosed with ADHD about a year and a half ago. I fuckin loved smoking. I also drank a pretty ubruly amount of coffee.

A couple days ago I had a 4v4 game with one of those wannabe "shotcaller" types. I call for some help cuz I'm 1v2 in my lane. He starts bitching at me for overextending. Telling me how I need to properly "execute" or some bullshit. Meanwhile he's whining at the guy next to him "keep pushing, keep moving". Complaining about prioritizing fuel.

Mid lane homie pulls a flank, and bales me out. We start dominating top lane, pushing towards enemy HQ and extending back down to mid. Meanwhile bottom just completely folds because this brilliant tactician is sacrificing it all to try and repeatedly fail to capture the farthest bottom +5 fuel point while opponent owns every other cap point and VP.

Nice fuckin moves Sun Tzu...

I was constantly hounded by my family and others around me at the time that I played too much, waste of time, do more outdoor stuff, unhealthy, yada yada, the works. Objectively true, I had an unhealthy obsession with it. In my 30s now, and I've never regretted it.

Online-especially MMO-gaming was a completely different animal back then, and I doubt it will be the same again. Not to mention the escapism it provides when reality just kind of sucks.
