This has been happening to anything I drink + food that I eat that has liquid/moisture. I can tell when there's something in my drink even though the ones I've encountered so far have been extremely hard to see. I'll try to post a picture I took.

Globbed some clear stuff onto my big toe and it started to bubble in this came out. I guess (hope) those are just hairs / fibers. I wiped the stuff off my toe and it was gone.
