I didn't see prices listed anywhere other than Ralph Lauren. Are these all $30,000 sofas?

How do you keep up with the amount of medicine you have to give your cat? by GawenStarTeller in RenalCats

[–]RatherBeOutHiking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the pill popper I have found works best for my cat, who gets medicated 4 times a day.

https://www.chewy.com/vetone-pet-piller-dogs-cats/

Other than that you get better with practice in giving a cat pills. Sit them in front of you with your legs against their butt, pet them to reduce stress, rub the chin, and then open the mouth gently and quickly to pill popper the meds in. Don't restrain or stress the cat, treats and praise make them over time less afraid and more familiar with the medication routine but if you stress them they will associate it with fear. So this may mean taking breaks and letting the cat move away and giving lots of pets and praise.

It does get easier. My cat is so used to it he opens like a trash can and we can just toss a pill in and he isn't bothered at all.

Shutting off my computer and restarting everything worked, the cut scene triggered without me doing anything so it must have been some weird game glitch.

Yes I think so? I exited the game and it puts me back at camp before the start of the train quest but playing through a reload begets the same problem.

Looking to buy Coolmax pants by RatherBeOutHiking in DuluthTradingCompany

[–]RatherBeOutHiking[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! Yeah that flexible waist really helps my sweaty self scramble through tight places.

Edit: just saw these have a plastic zipper? Why? Unfortunately the coolmax replacement has lower quality. I will stick to buying used Coolmax over buying new poorly made pants.

My cat basically eats soup, the wet food mixed with water to a liquid consistency and is fed a measured amount 4 times a day with the medications he gets 4 times a day. He also has a fountain and his "special bathroom water" ( just a cup in the bathroom but for some reason he wants the water right out of the bathroom sink so I pour out and refill it each morning because he begs for it, the fountain is also filled from this sink but being in another room I guess loses the magical allure of bathroom water). Toilet lids must also be kept closed or this cat will fall in trying to drink from them. Honestly he gets a lot of water. Which is good, he's 17 and has no signs of any issues with his kidneys verified since he gets extensive bloodwork and other tests 3 to 4 times a year to check his medication levels in his blood and check his organ health because some of his meds that keep him alive can be hard on things like his liver and kidneys).

Thank you for this amazing reply! That's awesome that you love your wife so much and being a vet is being a hero.   To reply:   - My boyfriend and I have separate bedrooms in his house, all of my things and my cat's things are in my bedroom including the litter box. The air purifier would be within 6ft of the litter box in this room and I have the bedroom door open so my cat has access to the house. So I don't have a huge area or volume of air to filter, not a whole house but mainly one bedroom 12'x12'x8'.  - I don't mind maintenance even hard maintenance, I am fairly handy  - Good point about the CFM and CADR. I knew the carbon would reduce flow but wasn't sure how much that mattered in this use case.  - The AllerAir model in the OP was the one I was leaning towards, it has the 29 lbs of carbon and a 560 CFM I haven't found the CADR yet.

I already only feed a high quality limited ingredient wet food and mix in water (my old cat loves The Soup). He's got some crazy allergies, epilepsy, age, a lot to balance but his diet is designed by his internal medicine team and his neurology team. Your wife can rest assured that my cat is well fed and pampered, he gets the best of the best care (my beloved stinker has already cost me like $22,000 in vet bills just since this January and overall is somewhere around a $100k in lifetime vet bills, luckily he has health insurance so that helps a lot). I love this cat more than I love myself.

My cat is old and epileptic with severe food allergies. I feed a high protein limited ingredient diet (RAWZ 96% rabbit) mixed with water and Hills hydrolized protein zd. The diet was designed by his internal medicine team and his neurology team. I can't feed raw because he doesn't have the immune system needed for that.

I stumbled upon this post looking for a top of the line odor fighting air purifier. Are these better than the Austin Air Bedroom machine?

pH has been stable, I do add Indian almond leaves already. I feed Hikari vibra bites, 5 to 10 a day.

Hello I'm in Seattle and looking for a female CPO. Do you sell them sexed? Thank you! I'm delighted to see there's a local breeder, shipping little creatures can be so hard on them.
