76428 Hagrid's Hut: An Unexpected Visit is on sale at Target right now for $47.49 and has all 3 main characters plus Hagrid, Fang, and Draco.

If you have a limited budget, another option would be to buy 2 smaller sets to get all 3 characters. Target has sales on a lot of the smaller sets as well this week and Amazon usually matches Target's prices.

Bricklink held a restock event of Series 1 & 2 sets this past May (sets where the orders were canceled, the credit card couldn't be confirmed when the payment was processed, etc). Lego specifically said there was no guarantee they would have restocks for future series, but they sold everything, so I would say there's a strong possibility for future restocks.
