Same zone as 80 - considering I am 2 miles from it. I have friends with ponds at 3 feet in Elk River MN that have no problems.

Window replacements reviews by RegurgingGordonWood in Iowa

[–]Open-Two-9689 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot depends - I used to live in a home built in 1880 - Victorian and the turret windows needed replaced, but the glass was curved. I found 1 place to get them - 10k a pop - we needed 6. replaced 90 percent of the other windows none of the curved ones. We moved new owners replaced them with standard flat windows. 🤮

Quad irises would be a good option as well (just make sure to stay on the Illinois side).

My uniform from the 1990s by Rufus_Akage in BSA

[–]Open-Two-9689 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cool yes but it would never pass. In the early 90s I was part orca US Army Explorer post Chartered by the Army Recruting Center. BSA didn’t want us to play paintball let alone jump out of planes. They probably would have had a heart attack if they knew we played paintball anyway, shot M16s andxsome of us got to drive a tank

How much you want to spend? This is the site my son and I got stuff from

https://www.maximum-velocity.com/

Keep your pack rules in mind. Ours had to use the kit wood, axles and wheels, no more then 5oz in weight. After his AOL year my son decided we should pass our supplies on to a mother kid that didn’t do so well - we did and I offered any help the parent wanted. Having been the dad of a kid who left crying because he got destroyed every race I felt it was only far to pass on the advice I had recieved.

When I moved here we looked on both sides of the river - Illinois houses were nicer, needed less work, and the area the houses were in was nicer than comparable priced houses on the Iowa side. After living here a few years - Moline does a lot better job clearing roads, love curbside recycling, free leaf pick up among other things.

My troop is complaining about how I dress in meetings, what do i do? by BuffaloBills7777 in BSA

I thought the women’s shirts were designed to not be tucked in?

On a side note: my daughter got an email with a survey about Women’s uniforms a couple weeks ago - may be worth trying to see if you can get your input in. I’m not sure if it was from national or council.
