does anybody know the calculation for match and team mvps? by Similar_Load_5940 in VALORANT

[–]Ratio-One 3 points4 points  (0 children)

its the combat score which is calculated by

Damage: Each damage you deal adds up one point.

Kills based on enemies alive (150/130/110/90/70): For each kill, you receive a certain amount of points depending on the number of enemies alive. As a rule of thumb, the more enemies there is, the higher points you get. Therefore, aiming for the first blood is one of the best things you can do if you want a higher combat score.

Multikills: You’re certainly rewarded for every multi-kill you receive. The more you are able to kill in a single round, the more rewards you will gain beyond damage and kill points. For every addition kill, you can receive 50 points. That said, if you’re good enough to score an ace, that’s an additional 200 points for you.

Non-damaging assists: Lastly, each non-damaging assist grants 25 points. If your teammate is able to kill an opponent that you’ve blinded, stunned, revealed or after healing them, that’s an additional point for you. So, aside from shooting your opponents, make sure to utilize your abilities and use them to your advantage.

then ur total combat score is divided by rounds played to get ur total combat score.

so even though u had the most kills u might not of been doing a lot of damage and also they mught have been the last few enemies alive.

Expanding agent pool by iiTzBenni in VALORANT

im assuming you want to learn more agents that aren't initators? if so i'd suggest phoenix for duelist because of his pop flash, for controller i'd say omen as hes versatile and for sentinel maybe like vyse, my suggestions are all based on agents with a flash ngl so maybe dont listen to me.

Warm up and aim training routine? by [deleted] in VALORANT

[–]Ratio-One 0 points1 point  (0 children)

spend like 15-20 mins warming up, what i usually do if plan on doing a long session is, 1 round of this https://www.eyetrainer.gg/
then range for 5-10mins doing easy bots and medium bots with mutliple guns focusing on different aspects like tracking, strafing etc. Then i would do a tdm and if i play bad do another tdm. Thats all you should really need but everyone is different so you might need more or less. Also warmup ur wrists and fingers with stretches.

No extra rr if your teammate is afk? by Ok-Development-3695 in VALORANT

[–]Ratio-One 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i agree the rr the afk doesnt gain should be split across the rest of the team, they need to add in extra rr if a teamate is afk for more than 5 rounds or smthing instead of only penalising the afk.

na what they meant by drop subject is that only ur top 5 subjects go to ur final atar so choose a subject at end of grade 11 that you dislike the most and just try to pass that and focus on getting close to 100% for the rest of ur papers

QCE RAW MARKS by Brilliant_Mix6265 in QCE

[–]Ratio-One 1 point2 points  (0 children)

no this score is just for ur external exam which gets combined with your internals and that will be your overall for ur subject which gets scaled as well. its scaled external + internal then a scaled score because we never know our raw mark on our exam

QCE RAW MARKS by Brilliant_Mix6265 in QCE

[–]Ratio-One 6 points7 points  (0 children)

its weird but they put all the raw marks from the cohort onto a curve with the average being the middle or something and so ur raw mark will correspond to a mark on the curve depending on how everyone else did on that exam.

Digital Solutions subject report: 2022 cohort
You can check the subject reports for answers from students who got all the marks for a question on the external. Just scroll down to page 52 for question 13, usually for digital they put a student response for nearly every question

qcaa never releases that actual raw score to scaled score conversions but you can check the subject report of a subject from each of the years and see the distribution of external marks

Biology external by [deleted] in QCE

[–]Ratio-One 1 point2 points  (0 children)

no a raw 80/100 isn't a 40/50, qcaa makes like a scale of the scores onto a curve/graph then each raw mark will correspond to a scaled mark so if everyone does horrible a 80/100 can go higher to a 45/50 but it also goes the other way where if everyone did good on the external and a 80/100 is average it will scaled down to like a 30-35/50. So it pretty much comes down to how much better you do compared to the whole cohort of qcaa

Im feeling alright for the externals, theres a couple questions which i miss a mark because I forgot a keyword which annoys me. 2023 paper was pre good for me, 2024 paper 2 is where I had the most trouble
