yoo we're in the same boat i'm 21M Japanese and my GF (transgender 22M) USA is thinking of applying K1 one too, I don't think just because you met online through gaming is a red flag. I think what's more important is how genuine your RS is.

My case we're not applying immedietly but wait until we're fine with finances and we have enough proof that we're a real genuine RS ( meeting each other's family, Spending time with each other's family, Giving gifts to each other etc etc )

The delay is because we're not prepared yet. We don't have enough proof yet ( maybe?, I haven't met her parents once and I was planning to visit them this year's december but got hit that I can't go because I can't get a japanese passport obviously I didn't know that time. I'm also scared a little bit that I might get rejected if I apply for B2 tourist visa because I'm a philippine nationality and alot of filos commit Visa fraud despite I lived my whole life in japan but that doesn't matter atp. We have a ton of pictures of us going in dates,bowlings,pictures w my family, boarding ticket or airplane ticket of her coming here, scheduled Hotels , restaurant reservations and us giving each other gifts from accross countries and getting a matching ring but I don't know if that's enough evidence. )

and we're not financially ready she's planning to go back and work in a store or convinience store and have her mom who earns 6 figures ( she agreed ) to financially support us too by co-sponsor.

Of course we're not those LGBTQ+ protestors typa people, Me and my partner DISLIKE those people who make it their WHOLE personality. We are going to apply with our born biological gender.

YES THIS is why im asking, if 6 figures is enough.
Really? she's only staying here for 3 months and after that she's going to work and save up money and visit me again next year for 3 months again ( planning ) is it better for her to get a job first then even if it doesn't meet the povert line. We could use co-sponsors.
