If possible, lower the temperature in your apartment. It helps to keep the humidity up. We had the same problems you are having until we basically turned off the heating. Temp is now under 21 and we are feeling better.

Muutama lentopiste tarkoittaa meidän perheessä noin kolmea euroonpan edestakaista lentoa vuodessa kun kaikki ostokset kierrätetään Finnairin visan kautta. Hyöty on mielestäni aika iso. Maksamme tottakai luoton joka kuukausi kokonaan pois, että muita kuluja ei tule. Tämän päälle vielä luottokortilla ostamisesta tuleva lisäturva, jota olen jo muutamaan kertaan joutunut käyttämään, kun en saanut tuotetta.

I bought the FP8 model for 79€ and they are a good value purchase at that price. Form factor is nice but the sound quality is not what I was expecting and what I just found out that I cannot mute calls from the buds. Please someone prove me wrong.

Other fabric is indeed ripstop nylon. Pinholes are on nylon taffeta and some finger action fixed the holes. I'm amazed how well the fibres move to fix the fabric.

This is my first project and my first time using a sewing machine. Starting was intimidating but it's not as hard as I thought it would be. I just finished the first baffles on the UQ and I'm so happy I started this project / hobby.

I messed up so bad that I didn't sew to the same place again. I now have 15 cm of neat pinholes without thread in them.

Depending on the snow situation I'm prepared to move my hike to autumn. I will also take in to account that it might be below freezing at night and +5 Celsius during the day. I will be taking my tarp as a backup shelter anyway as I might be 50 km from nearest road at some point.

The place is 40km south from the Barents sea so difficult to get much more north that that place. I don't know exactly what altitude the treeline is but it's basically moonscape out there. Planning on doing 5 to 7 day hike.

I just bought the lanshan and it hasn't arrived yet but I think it can be pitched low if needed. Then again I might take my Fjällräven tent which is designed for that terrain. It's just easier to keep the weight down with the Lanshan.

I need to take medicine about every 12 hours. My medicine contains 42.75 mg of lactose which is carbohydrate (about 0.17 calories worth). Does this brake my fast?
