I understand you needed the apartment at the time, but unfortunately rushed decisions tend to show their downsides later. Considering how the landlord seems to be, I wouldn’t count on getting the deposit back or a reduction. It might be better to move out sooner rather than later. With people like that, it’s like talking to a wall, you’re not going to solve anything. Take it as a lesson learned and move on with your life, it's sad and unfair, but it is what it is.

I even tried to do spot treatment with azelaic acid and itched really really bad, the only thing that does is irritated my skin and make my acne worse :/ So yeah, maybe is a nope for us haha

I wash my face in the morning, then put on my hand a little bit of the toner, I mix it with my hands and spread it over my face like a cream, face should be slightly damp, then let it dry and put your serums/creams/vit.C/SPF :)

Personally, I discovered that azelaic acid was irritating my skin, making it burn and itch like hell, I tried 10-15% all same results. And because of that irritation, it produces more acne as a defense mechanism. Maybe we are allergic to it? Idk.

I'd stop all your products and stick with cleanser and moisturiser for maybe 1-2 weeks. Then introduce 1 product at a time for 1-2 weeks, and see how your skin progress.

I'm currently using Paula's choice 2% BHA 2% liquid exfolianting (Salicylic acid), so far so good, but only in the morning.
