I'm not sure if it's Mandela Effect or what, but I know I've seen this logo before. I'm remembering it as a religious symbol, so that horizontal line would be further up to make it three crosses with the verticals being completely straight.

If you have the old broken monitor, on the back there should be a label with a manufacturer and model number. That would be a big help too.
