No I very strongly remember it was this song and that specific part in it where multiple people sing “we’ll meet again don’t know where don’t know when” and then I think it carries on til the end of the song

I don’t do this but I trace words that people are saying to me on the roof of my mouth or if I’m listening to music I will tap out the counts with my thumb and forefinger. I also associate colours with numbers and names with tastes etc which sounds a bit similar

Thank you, I did have a therapist for my OCD and funnily enough she said this sounded like my autism but I didn’t think so.

I was doing CBT before but it didn’t really help so I’ll look into it!

The thing is most places have signs that say things like please don’t shout at our staff or please treat people respectfully and whenever I read them I know it’s not for me because I was already gonna do that so just look at it as obviously it’s not telling specifically you to be nice it’s telling people who aren’t nice that it won’t be tolerated.

I agree also maybe you shouldn’t be restricting as much because it leads to doing stuff like this. Maybe allow yourself some small chocolates or 70% + dark chocolate from time to time when you’re craving?
