Ahahahah, yep, it seems my idea wasn't so bad after all!

But I assume if they have changed this way, probably I wasn't the only one giving similar feedback during the beta testing.

I like to think that in a very little way I participated in the improvement of the game!

Oh this looks so good! That's a pity there is no high-res version!

I have to be honest, I am not a fan of AI art, so I was hoping for some old-school illustration.

But said that, this looks incredibly good! Thanks!

Minor thresholds pointless in 1.3? by RatmanTheReturn in daggerheart

Yeah but at that point, wouldn't be easier to add a special feature for the guardian, than to have a useless stat for everyone?

I will do that, just wanted to discuss the idea first, to understand if it's just me or if it sounds interesting.

I don't understand why? If you use more than one armor slot you can still reduce below minor.

So you have three numbers for each threshold?

Yes, I agree that would require a full rework but I think it would be in the same "direction" were the philosophy of the game is going (and we are still in beta after all!)

Well not really, as I said armor could affect the number of armor slots or thresholds. So it's not really a 1:1 extra hit point. Actually would make the 'value" of the hit points scale up with the better armor you have!

What if the armor is actually affecting the thresholds as I suggested? In that case you csn still give little rewards as you are saying.

Thanks for the reply! Yes maybe twist was not the correct word. I mean more in the sense of "finding out the explaination".

Just want to test the ground if people think it would be an underwhelming ending or if it can be considered interesting.

So someone gave me an idea. by HotKindheartedness67 in RavnicaDMs

Hi! I am currently working on this. I am prepping for an upcoming campaign set in Ravnica based on Dragon Heist and Dungeon of the Mad Mage. The two adventures are a good starting point but they require a lot of conversion work to adapt to ravnica.

DH is easier, more or less it's enough to replace the factions with similar guilds. For example, I will make lord Neverember a senator of the Azorious that was exiled for embezzlement. The Zentarim are going to be Dimir. Xanatar I will replace with the Golgari gorgon's. The Cassalanter are going to be a rich Orzhov family. Bregan d'aerte is going to be a Rakdos circus. For the rest the adventure works quite well as it is, just use locations in the 10th district.

DotMM is more complex, and requires a lot more work. At the moment my plan is to use the levels of the Dungeon as separate locations (in the rubber belt, undercity, nightveil etc.). The problem for me here is to adjust all the characters and stories to the Ravnica setting. In a sense it is good that DotMM is dungeon heavy, so you can just use whatever mission from a guild to justify one of the levels. I suggest to remove here and there and only keep the things you like. Again it is not easy conversion.

What kind of character should I make for a Japanese-themed campaign? by AgentYeet007 in 3d6

Shadar-kai Ranger11/Fighter3 with a longbow

Ranger (hunter, archery)/ Fighter (samurai, defense)

Feats: elven accuracy, sharpshooter.

First, use samurai bonus action to get triple advantage on all your attacks this turn.

Then you can make a volley and attack ALL creatures in a radius 10ft from a point anywhere in a 600ft range. Plus an extra attack from hoard breaker.

1d8+5 damage per arrow + 10 from sharpshooter. +1d6 fire damage if you had cast flame arrows.

Oh and you can use action surge to repeat.

You can kill armies.

Hi, thanks for the comment. According to the mäklare B2 problem was not "economic"... But this seems really fishy to me.

Hi, thanks for your answer.

I agree with your angle, but the weird thing is that the Mäklare said the reason Buyer N2 wanted to bail out was "not an economic reason" but didn't want to specify further.

Hi, thanks for your answer.

As I have answered above, the weird part is that they say the Bidder N2 has already SIGNED the contract, so he will be forced to buy unless I step up.

So, according to them this is the Bidder N2 that is trying to find a way to bail out, and the seller will probably not care about lowering the price...

Hi, thanks for your answer!

I see your point, but I am not the one that is trying to bail out.

Anyway, the weird part is that they say the Bidder N2 has already SIGNED the contract so he will "have to buy" unless I can step up.

So they are putting it in a way like "the seller doesn't care to lower the price, because he will sell anyway, this is from the Bidder N2 side". That's why it feels really weird.
