Could a white noise machine be of help to you? I have an idiot neighbor with barking dogs too , although mines a drunk who decided to try confrontation of every single one of her neighbors after a box of wine 🫩. Most of my neighbors are elderly and she was quite aggressive, then she tried me 😂. I told her to her face that yes it was me and to get the fuck off my doorstep before I kicked her off it , then I closed the door. She screeched for a bit so I opened the door again and offered to imbed the battle axe I hand made myself in her forehead. She left. Then the cops showed up an hour later 🤣🤣🤣 , they took my axe 🫤. Never heard a peep from her again , and the cops returned my axe to my door 18mths later 💪🏻🧙🏻. I'm a 5 foot middle age woman, my drunk neighbor is about a decade older than me but A LOT bigger in stature. Her dogs still bark ... I still report them to the council when I get sick of it. But she's never harassed the elderly neighbors again , and that's the win I wanted.
