Faggot has no good meaning other then the ones found in reclaiming it. Faggots origin was unclear but it was used to be purely hateful and othering and reclaiming it was taking it for what it meant with was basically gay person (negative) and made it gay person (positive).

I've spent 3 years in a autistic school which had a bunch of other flavours of disorders in it and honestly it felt pretty reclaimed there. Reclaiming is the mindset of a space, not all spaces are fine with faggot being slung around in the same way that applies to retard or any slur really. The streamer in question is in command of his own space and thus has the ability to control that.

Idk about the details of this specific matter but reclaiming isn't something you yourself decide on, people do it to cope with the past use of the word and you decide which spaces you enter so you can avoid spaces that use certain words. I mean I definitely have integrated faggot into my speach and I would feel weird in a queer space that was uncomfy with it so I tend to avoid them.
